Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was an Austrian musician and composer. He lived from 1756 to 1791. He started composing at the age of five and wrote more than 600 pieces of music. He was only 35 years old when he died.

ว็อล์ฟกัง อมาเดอุส โมทซาร์ท เป็นนักประพันธ์ดนตรีคลาสสิกชาวออสเตรียที่มีชื่อเสียงก้องโลก ซึ่งเขาเสียชีวิตไปนานแล้ว (ปี 1791) ดังนั้นเหตุการณ์เหล่านี้จึงเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่จบลงไปแล้วในอดึตทั้งหมด คำกริยา was, lived, started, wrote, died เหล่านี้เป็น past simple (กริยาช่องที่ 2) ทั้งหมดค่ะ

1. คำตอบคือข้อ C) lived : สังเกตจาก until last year (until + เวลาในอดึต) ในประโยค = จนถึงปีที่แล้ว แสดงว่าฉันเคยอยู่ในประเทศไทย ตอนนี้ไม่ได้อยู่แล้ว จึงเป็น past simple tense ต้องใช้ กริยาช่องที่ 2 (past simple) ของ live คือ lived

2. คำตอบคือข้อ C) was … lived : สังเกตจาก from 1953 to 1995 เธอมีชีวิตอยู่ในปี 1953 จนถึง 1995 แสดงว่าเรื่องราวทั้งหมดเป็นอดีตที่จบลงไปแล้วทั้งสิ้น จึงเป็น past simple tense ทั้งสองประโยค ต้องใช้กริยาช่องที่ 2 (past simple) ของ is คือ was และ กริยาช่องที่ 2 ของ live คือ lived)

8. คำตอบคือข้อ D) Did … have : ประโยคคำถามของ past simple tense ใช้ did ตามด้วย infinitve (V1 ที่ไม่ผันรูป) ส่วนข้ออื่นไม่มีข้อไหนที่ถูกต้องตามไวยากรณ์ภาษาอังกฤษเลย

9. คำตอบคือ C) Did … do : สังเกต last week ในประโยคแสดงว่าเป็น past simple tense ดังนั้นจึงตัด ข้อ A) กับ B) ออกไปได้เลย ประโยคคำถามของ past simple tense ต้องใช้ did ตามด้วย infinitve (V1 ที่ไม่ผันรูป) คำตอบที่ถูกต้องจึงเป็นข้อ C) Did .. do ส่วนข้อ D) Did … does นั้น V1 คือ do ถูกผันรูปเป็น does จึงไม่ถูกต้องค่ะ

10. คำตอบคือข้อ C) have … had : สังเกตจาก Now … more … than … before … แสดงว่าข้อนี้มีการเปรียบเทียบเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบันกับเหตุการณ์ที่เคยเป็นมาก่อน จะเห็นว่ามี Now หน้าเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบันจึงเป็น present simple tense ดังนั้นต้องใช้กริยาช่องที่ 1 คือ have อีกเหตุการณ์คือเหตุการณ์ที่เคยเป็น จึงใช้ past simple (กริยาช่องที่ 2) ของ have คือ had ค่ะ
